Christmas Feasting at Daddy Bao

Our festive feasting menu is returning to Daddy Bao this winter, with a line up of brand new dishes that put a Taiwanese spin on classic Christmas flavours and ingredients. Ideal for all types of celebrations, for £35 per person the menu will feature:

Welcome cocktail and Sichuan popcorn 

Grilled sesame aubergine
&
Miso roast parsnips with hot honey and whipped tofu
&
Three bird dumplings or mushrooms dumplings
With orange, sage and brown butter ponzu

Apple sidra glazed ham hock bao
With mayo, pickled red cabbage and crispy leeks
or
Kabocha Nut Roast Bao
Pumpkin croquette with cranberry sauce, shiitake gravy and a spiced cashew crumb

Prawn toast bao
With mayo, sweet chilli and five spice crispy kale
or
Ginger braised tofu bao
With house kimchi, crispy onions and coriander

White chocolate and Umeshu trifle

Launching on 20th November, the menu will be available Thursday – Friday lunchtime and Tuesday – Sunday dinner. You can book a table as usual via Tock until 22nd December. Please email info@daddybao.co.uk with any questions or for larger bookings. We also have full vegan options available.
