This month we’re joining forces with our friends at Pahli Hill Bandra Bhai, renowned for its vibrant Indian cuisine and cocktails, for our first collaboration. From 17th-21st July, the Fitrovia based restaurant will be serving up two bao specials that celebrate the best of both culinary worlds, blending Indian spices with some classic Daddy Bao flavours:
Prawn Toast Bao – a twist on our classic bao, served with Pahli Hill’s signature chilli chutney and mint with coriander chutney. Topped with crispy seaweed and crispy curry leaves.
Tandoori Chicken Tikka Bao -with tandoori-cooked chicken tikka, paired with a refreshing cucumber and mint salad. Enhanced with fresh horseradish, tamarind chutney, and mint and coriander chutney.
