Our next tasting event at Good Measure is coming up on 4th September – this time in collaboration with Theatre of Wine for an end of summer celebration.
Tom has picked out an aperitif and six of his favourite wines for late summer, from pin bright Portuguese Vinho Verde to iconoclastic copper coloured rosé from Puglia, bold red from Spain and elegant Pinot Noir.
Alongside the drinks, our chefs have dreamt up a series of dishes for the evening:
– Tuna tataki, yuzu-sesame, cucumber, jalapeno, avocado
– Grilled monkfish cheek bao, wasabi hollandaise, red cabbage and mint slaw, crispy potato
– Shen jiang bao dumplings, with a pork, Chinese cabbage filling, black vinegar chilli dipping sauce
– Cumin lamb skewer, grape relish
– Dark chocolate and orange petit four
