Our Lunar New Year celebration is returning to Daddy Bao next month, with a new tasting menu to celebrate the ‘Year of the Horse’. As ever, we’ll be serving up a twist on Taiwanese traditions and fusing dishes typically served to mark the occasion with Daddy Bao flavours. Think golden longevity noodles that represent a long life; a fragrant fish bao that carries wishes for abundance and prosperity; and nian gao, a Lunar New Year staple, that invites progress, growth and family unity.

Tickets are now live for £30 per person.

The menu:

Pork & Vegetable Spring Rolls
Seasoned sweet chilli
~
Confit Duck Dumplings
Hoisin sauce and pickled cucumber

Fragrant Fish Bao
Tempura sea bass in a sweet soy glaze
With lime mayo, crispy ginger and coriander

Prawn Longevity Noodles
House made noodles, spring onion lo mein sauce

Slow Roast Pork in Char Siu Glaze
With stir fried garlic choy sum and jasmine rice
